Konstantina Konsolaki is a research & development engineer at the Centre of Cultural Informatics of the Institute of Computer Science of FORTH. She obtained her bachelor degree (Computer Science) and master (Information Systems) in 2009 and 2012, respectively, from the Computer Science Department of the University of Crete (Greece). She has participated in more than 10 national and international research projects (including APOLLONIS, VRE4EIC, PARTHENOS, DARIAH-CRETE) and is the main developer of the SYNTHESIS cultural information management system. Her areas of special interest include information management systems for Cultural Heritage and Digital Humanities, knowledge representation and engineering, and software/web development.
